By using our website, scheduling an appointment, enrolling in our membership program, or using our touchless spa services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). During appointment booking clients will be required to read and acknowledge their understanding of our services and policies.

Take A Moment: Touchless Therapy LLC offers a variety of touchless wellness services designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.
Our services include:
4D Massage Chairs: Advanced massage chairs that provide a full-body massage experience, simulating the hands of a massage therapist with 4D technology to deliver deep relaxation and muscle relief.
In Harmony Sound Lounge: A unique therapeutic experience combining sound vibrations with relaxation, designed to balance the body and reduce stress through harmonic sound waves.
NormaTec Leg Compression Therapy: An innovative recovery system that uses air pressure to massage the legs, improve circulation, and promote faster muscle recovery, ideal for athletes or those with circulation issues.
LightStim Red Light Facials: A non-invasive facial therapy using red light wavelengths to stimulate collagen production, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and improve overall skin health.
Salt Air Therapy: A holistic therapy that involves breathing in micro-particles of salt, known for its respiratory and skin benefits, helping to clear the airways, promote easier breathing, and enhance overall relaxation.
All services are intended to provide relaxation and wellness benefits and should not be considered a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. Clients may select the duration and combination of services, subject to availability and pricing.
Packages & Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
We offer a membership program that provides members with access to exclusive benefits such as discounted rates, priority booking, and other perks.
Membership Terms: We do not offer refunds on packages, gift certificates, programs, or courses
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and must be used by the member only.
- Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing 14-day notice prior to the next month billing cycle.
- Any unused services or benefits may not roll over into the next membership period unless specified.
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked through our website, app, phone, or in-person.
Appointment Terms:
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, with the full-service fee still applicable.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Pricing and Payments
All prices for services and memberships are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of booking or as part of your membership.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We are a Cash-free business. Membership fees may be automatically charged on a recurring basis if you opt into an auto-renewal plan.
Health and Safety
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are in good health and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. We are not liable for any health issues or injuries that may arise from using our services if relevant information was not disclosed in advance.

Client Responsibilities
Health Disclosure: Clients are required to provide accurate and complete health information, including any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries that may impact their experience with our services.
Communication: Clients must notify staff of any discomfort or concerns during their session to ensure adjustments can be made for a safe and comfortable experience.
Follow Instructions: Clients are expected to follow all instructions provided by our staff regarding the use of the equipment and facilities to ensure their safety and well-being.
Intellectual Property
